One of those weeks…

Is it one of those weeks for you? Really busy at work? Family demands? Want to cancel your workout? Well, we can totally understand. When times get like that for our employees we encourage them to schedule a “take 30″ break in their personal calendars at work. For 30 minutes, you leave your office and go out for a brisk walk followed by deep breathing to relax your body. The point here is you have to make time, even if it means scheduling it in your calendar. You can’t do work if you are dead.
